Founded in 2003, Nu Gamma Chapter of Theta Tau is the only professional fraternity in Binghamton specifically for engineering majors. With over 300 actives and alumni, members in the Nu Gamma chapter hold countless leadership roles on campus, in clubs, and in positions that they will eventually hold post-graduation. Furthermore, being established for more than 20 years, this chapter has become a pillar for Engineers in areas of academics, fundraising, community service, and brotherhood. Over just the past year, our chapter has raised over $3,700 for Pediatric AIDS through the Greek God fundraiser, volunteered in several soup kitchens and Binghamton clean ups, and hosted various professional development events, all while becoming even closer as a fraternity. As we continue to grow and evolve, Nu Gamma remains dedicated to fostering a supportive community that not only excels academically and professionally but also makes a lasting positive impact both on campus and beyond.

The wide range of creative minds in Theta Tau Nu Gamma provide a unique opportunity for different types of engineers to bond and create innovative ideas that have a deep influence on the Binghamton community. Brothers in the Nu Gamma chapter have gone to work in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Regeneron and so much more. With a tightly knit, expansive alumni network, Theta Tau clearly has a huge influence on all of its brothers, sculpting engineers that truly learn how to execute tasks “with all their might.”
